Aladin Courier

Welcome to Aladin Courier. By using our courier and delivery services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before sending any parcel through our service.

1. Service Agreement

Aladin Courier provides parcel pickup, transportation, and delivery services within our operational areas. By booking a delivery with us, the sender agrees to comply with all company policies and applicable laws.

2. Parcel Information

The sender must provide accurate information including:

  • Sender name and contact number

  • Receiver name, address, and contact number

  • Correct parcel details

Aladin Courier will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from being sent through Aladin Courier:

  • Illegal goods

  • Explosives or hazardous materials

  • Drugs or narcotics

  • Weapons or dangerous items

  • Perishable goods that may spoil during transit

  • Any item restricted by law

If prohibited items are found, the parcel may be canceled without notice.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on distance, location, weather conditions, or other operational factors. While we aim to deliver parcels as quickly as possible, Aladin Courier does not guarantee exact delivery times in all circumstances.

5. Parcel Safety

We take reasonable care to ensure safe handling and delivery of parcels. However, Aladin Courier will not be responsible for:

  • Improper packaging by the sender

  • Damage caused by fragile items not declared in advance

  • Natural disasters or unforeseen events

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery services:

  • The receiver must pay the exact amount before receiving the parcel

  • Aladin Courier will transfer collected payment to the sender according to the company’s payment schedule.

7. Delivery Attempts

If the receiver is unavailable, our delivery team may attempt delivery again or contact the receiver. After multiple failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to the sender.

8. Liability Limit

Aladin Courier's liability for lost or damaged parcels is limited and subject to company policy. Compensation may depend on parcel value declaration and verification.

9. Service Charges

All delivery services are subject to applicable charges. Prices may change without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

Aladin Courier reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated policies will be published on our official platforms.
